Yup, I joined the club!

Okay, well here we go!  I am writing a blog as you can see here!  Yep, tried this before and it was an epic fail.  So why not do it again!  Thanks to Emily over at http://southernsewendipity.blogspot.com/ I am inspired as well as informed on how to get started, so let it begin!  I can't promise that I will do this well, or often, but I am here now and want to share my joy of life, loves and crafts!

Who is this crazy girl?  I am Tracey and just turned 30 a few months ago!  You could say that is part of what started this whole string of events that brought me here (More on that in the posts to come)!  I have 2 dogs Georgia and Mica and yes, I like my dogs to kiss me on the face!  They are the cutest, snuggliest, sweetest puppies (7 years old) you have ever seen!  Why not?

 I have a husband of almost 7 years and we live a little life in beautiful East Texas.

Why TulaLynnDesigns you ask?  Well, I have always (for the last 7 years or so) wanted to name our future daughter Tallulah Lynn....isn't that the most wonderful classic and southern name?  I think so!  She would be beautiful and funny and smart and the cutest thing you have ever seen with a Heart the size of Texas.  But my husband has given the veto...and believe me, I have tried really really hard!  What I ave not told you is that my last name is Bartula.  So her name would be Tallulah Lynn Bartula.  So you kind of see his reasoning, I guess!  Maybe he will reconsider when we are actually expecting, but for now, I  will be content with a blog named after this wonderful imaginative character.  TulaLynnDesigns has a nice ring to it, huh?  Blog names are hard people!  We'll just go with it!

So blogs should be on the shorter side, right?  With that, I will bring this to an end.  I hope you enjoy this fun new adventure with me!
